The Yoga Mudrasana or the yoga sealing posture is an Ashtanga Yoga posture that deepens your physical posture in the Baddha Padmasana as well as your mental and spiritual awareness.

  1. How to Do the Yoga Mudrasana

      Start in the Baddha Padmasana posture, exhale and slowly fold your torso forward with the top of your leading your back out over your feet and legs.

      Bringing your face closer to the floor, lengthen through both the front and back of your spine, to your neck, until your face is touching the ground; only go as far down as you can without rolling your buttocks up.

      Take twenty to thirty breaths; focus on the flow of your breaths in and out of your body and mind, visualize it removing any blockages or toxins as it flows through you.

      Inhale and draw your spine straight up while keeping hold of your feet. You have just completed the Yoga Mudrasana.
