How to Enter Contacts Into an LG Envy

Cell phones are the lifeline of many people. In this day and age of the technologically advanced, the cell phone has taken the place of a phone book. The LG Envy is a phone that is great for this practice. With it's large screen and full size keyboard it is easy to use this cell phone as your phone books. To be able to use the LG Envy as your got to phone book is jut going to take a little set up and navigation of the phone's many features.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Press and hold the power button on the LG Envy until the phone turns on. You need to make sure that the phone is fully charged before you attempt to enter contact information into it.

  2. Step 2

    Open up the cell phone to the large screen and full size keyboard. This will make it easier to enter the contact information. It can be done from the front screen but will take longer.

  3. Step 3

    Press the OK button to the left of the keyboard to enter the menu screen. Press the left arrow key twice to highlight the Contacts menu. Press the OK to enter this menu on the LG Envy.

  4. Step 4

    Choose option number 1 New Contact by pressing the number 1 key on the top of the cellphone keyboard. Type in the contact's name using the keyboard.

  5. Step 5

    Press the arrow down key to move to the next field, mobile number. Type in the contact's mobile number. Use the arrow down key to go to any other fields that you would like to enter.

  6. Step 6

    Press the OK key to save all of the new contacts information. Repeat steps 4 to 6 for all contacts on your sheet. When you are complete close the LG Envy.

Tips & Warnings
  • Update your contact list whenever someone changes there number so that is always up to date.
  • Use the LG Envy to keep all emergency contacts for your family and friends in one place.
  • Your cell phone provider does offer the service of changing your contact list from one phone to another. they charge a fee for this service. Do no pay for something that you can easily do yourself.
