Step 1
Begin by engaging in plentiful foreplay. Kissing, rubbing and touching your partner all over are effective methods of priming your partner for a satisfying orgasm. Concentrate on giving gentle attention to her ears, neck, nipples and outer vaginal areas.
-
Step 2
Stimulate your partner’s clitoris by rubbing it gently in a circular motion. It is tempting to think that harder equals better, however gentle pressure is usually best; too much pressure can be painful. As a woman gets close to climax, speeding up the motion can be helpful.

Step 3
Bring your partner to orgasm by performing oral sex—also known as cunnilingus. Use your tongue in a manner similar to manual stimulation, by gently circling the clitoris repeatedly.
-
Step 4
Give your partner an intense orgasm—sometimes referred to as a vaginal orgasm—by learning how to manually stimulate her G-spot. The G-spot is a pea-sized spongy area located on the front wall of the vagina, a couple of inches inside the opening. Up to 40 percent of women notice what is known as female ejaculation as a result of G-spot stimulation, although some research shows that all women are capable of expelling fluid with this type of orgasm even though it may be disguised by other fluids during sexual intimacy.

Step 5
Work with your partner to stimulate her G-spot during intercourse. This can be achieved by assuming positions which allow the penis to angle forward inside the vagina. If the man is on top, this can be accomplished by holding the woman’s legs up over his shoulders and moving in a fast, rhythmic manner. If the woman is on top, she should either lean back while facing him or lay forward while facing away from him, and experiment to find an effective motion which will maximize contact between the head and the G-spot.
