How to Find Discount Designer Clothes
-
1
Check out Sample Sales in you have them in your area. You can find deep discounts ranging anywhere from 20% - 80% off. With sample sales, try to go early in the day and make sure you wear something simple like a dress because if you want to try something on, chances are there is no dressing room. (Don't be shoccked if women change right in front of you.) A good resource for tracking sample sales are websites like Top Button. I included as link to the site below.

Hunt through the racks of Thrift Stores in upscale areas in your town or city. Usually people who are making donations to thirft stores will simply just drop off things they don't want-- even if it's barely been worn. You might find some items with tags still on them.

Hit the department stores like Macys on big shopping days; they will usually put clothes that are no longer in season on sale. Remember: if in a summer sale you find a good piece of clothing like a well-made sweater, buy it now. You can't wear it right away but you will eventually! (In other words, there is no reason to ever pay retail!)

4
Visit department stores that cater to designer clothes at a discount like Century 21. You'll have to hunt through racks and racks, but unless you have something very specific in mind, you will save a great deal.
-
5
Create an eBay account and search for designers you like. One word of warning: buy only from sellers you have reputable feedback AND made the guarantee that their items are 100% authentic. If you see a new Prada purse with a staring price of $10, it's probably a fake. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Don't be afraid to ask seller questions about their items.

Venture to Outlet Malls. You'll find stores that have deeply discounted clothes. Make sure you give them a good once over, though. Check for any loose threads, tears or holes.
