How to Use Talc During a Massage

Massage is a beautiful way to show your loved one you care. Many people use oils, creams or lotions during massage. There are times when you don't have fancy creams and lotions you can still give a great massage. You can use talc. Read on to learn how to use talc during a massage.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Talc

Step1
Have your partner remove their top and lay down on a comfortable massage table or a bed on their stomach.
Step2
Straddle your partners back.
Step3
Take a large container of talc and generously sprinkle it over your partners back.
Step4
Slowly begin to massage your partner. Make sure to take extra gentle care to put pressure on any knots your partner might have that need to be worked out.
Step5
Spend at least 15 to 20 minutes massaging your partner. Once you are done most of the talc should be worked into the skin. Very little cleanup will be necessary. Your partner can redress with ease and now it's your turn to experience the talc massage.

Tips & Warnings

  • Talc is wonderful to use in the summer. It will provide an extra layer of comfort against sweat.
  • Talc is great for oily skin.
  • Do not use talc if you have known allergies.
