1
Clean your face with cleanser. Rinse throughly with water. Pour some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball. Rub the cotton ball all over the desired location for your piercing.
-
2
Brush your eyebrows so they are groomed and sleek looking. You need them out of the way so you can clearly see where you are piercing. Soak your piercing needle in rubbing alcohol to clean and sterilize. Do this even if it's clean as things can become dirty in packages and during transportation.

Start at the bottom point of your eyebrow that you want your piercing to hit. Pull the skin tight with one hand and poke the needle through with the other. Have the needle poke down first then quickly shoot up. Push through the skin about half an inch then poke upward again and through the skin's surface so that you have two holes.
-
4
Remove the needle and wipe clean with rubbing alcohol. Then poke back through the holes starting at the top and going through the bottom hole. Remove the needle and wipe clean again. Take some cotton balls soaked in rubbing alcohol and wipe down the holes to kill bacteria.

5
Wait 15 minutes then rinse the area with water. Place your decorative jewelry of choice in the holes. Start with somethings small and lightweight. Your holes and skin will have to train themselves to hold heavier jewelry. Keep your starting jewelry in for at least two weeks before changing it.
