How to Add Subtitles to a Movie Using DVD Flick
DVD Flick is a completely free program. When you download the program you’ll find that you can edit and produce video clips much easier than you previously thought possible. One of the best things you can do is add subtitles to a video clip. If you’ve ever wanted to let others know what your mumbling uncle said or what your spouse said during your son’s soccer game, DVD Flick is the answer you’ve been looking for.

Visit the official DVD Flick website to download the program if you don’t already have it on your computer. The program supports a large variety of video files, audio codes and video codes.

Choose the download option from the top of the screen and select the download button that appears on the next page. Check the system requirements to make sure you have everything they require to run the program including the memory and RAM requirements.

Run DVD Flick on your computer by double clicking on the desktop icon once the program finishes downloading or by selecting it from the start menu. This allows DVD Flick to run on your computer.

Select 'file' from the toolbar at the top of the screen and then select 'open.' You’ll see a list of all video files on your computer. Choose the one that you want to add subtitles to.

Click the 'edit' button. From the options listed, choose the subtitles tab. This takes you to a separate window where you can choose the font, style and size of your subtitles as well as the words. Type in the subtitles that you want to use and press the enter button.

Make your subtitles complete by previewing the video and selecting edit if you’re unhappy or accept if you’re satisfied. Save the file onto your computer or burn it to a blank disc.

Tips & Warnings
Don’t forget that you can make changes to the subtitles up until you burn it to your disc and this includes changing the font, size and even the color.
