Instructions
1
The best place to start your search for a campsite is at the Washington State Parks' Reservation site (see Resources). Clink on the "New Reservation" link to select your anticipated date of arrival and departure.
2
On the next screen you will enter in the month of arrival (reservations can be made up to 9 months in advance), date of arrival, number of nights, how many people in your group and the type of equipment you will be using (tent, camper or trailer).
3
After clicking "Submit," you will be presented with a summary of your information. On this screen you may either select "Click here to start with a map of Washington State" or you may pick your campground directly if you know which location.
4
Once you have selected a campground, you will be able to select any campsite that is green. Find a likely green campsite and click on it.
5
The next screen that comes up delivers a plethora of information about the site, complete with description, quality, services, photos, and more. Once you have found the ideal site, click where it mentions "Click Here To Reserve This Site."
6
Click "Book this Reservation."
7
If this is your first time on the system, you will need to register on the next screen. Once the simple registration is complete (user name, password, name and address) you will be presented with a confirmation screen asking for discount details and an important "I confirm that all Reservation Information is correct." box to check. Click "Continue" on this screen.
8
The final screen is for payment. Enter in your Visa or Mastercard only, click "Submit Payment" and you're finished.
