Instructions

      Click to get started.

      Turn on your computer and log onto your MySpace page.

      Go to widgetbox.com or springwidgets.com and browse the large selection of widgets until you find one you like.

      Locate the widget you would like for your MySpace page.

      HTML codes are easy to use.

      Proceed to right click on the widget and highlight the embedded code underneath the widget box.

      On MySpace, locate your Dashboard and choose 'Edit Profile."

      Under the 'about me' section, double click and enter two spaces (or lines) to separate your widget from the rest of your HTML codes.

      Right click to paste the embedded HTML widget code to your MySpace page.

      At the bottom of the 'edit profile' section, click on the button that says to 'save all changes."

      On your main dashboard, click on 'view profile.'

Tips & Warnings

  • You can add more than one widget to your page by separating the HTML embedded codes by two spaces.

  • Make sure to always save all changes when you switch over to edit from page to page.

  • To remove a widget, locate the the HTML code for each widget object by the separation of codes by the double space.

  • Be sure to check your profile from your dashboard and not the editing section as they will appear different.

  • Be sure not to alter the widget codes in any way, this will cause the widget to work improperly or not at all.
