Make sure your content is in the right place and in the right format. Any content you want to use for your podcast must be already on your computer and in a format that will work on both Podomatic and whatever other podcatchers you are going to give the RSS feed to, once it is on Podomatic. The most user-friendly format is MP3. Most audio recording programs will allow you to convert whatever you have recorded into MP3 format when you have finished. Make sure you have done this, and that the content is saved on your computer's hard drive.
