Shareaholic is a plug-in for Firefox, Flock or Songbird. It allows you to quickly bookmark or share websites using a variety of different programs including Digg, Del.icio.us, Facebook, Foxiewire, Friendfeed, Google bookmarks, Google reader, Healthranker, Kaboodle, Magnolia, Mixx, Myspace, Pownce, Reddit, Simpy, Stumbleupon, Streakr, Truemors, Tumblr, Twitter, Ycombinator and Bzzster.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer
  • Firefox 2.0+, Flock or Songbird

    Install Shareaholic

  1. Step 1
    Shareaholic's home page
     
    Shareaholic's home page

    Go to the Shareaholic website and click on "Install Shareaholic."

  2. Step 2

    Follow instructions to install the add-on to your browser. Restart your browser.

  3. Step 3
    Shareaholic will appear as a green button on your browser

    There will now be a green button on your browser.

    Click the Shareaholic button and select "Customize Shareaholic."

  6. Step 2
    Select only the sites in shareaholic you use
     
    Select only the sites in shareaholic you use

    Select the sites you wish to use Shareaholic with. You will need to have accounts with the sites you want to use it with and/or login to the sites the first time you use Shareaholic.

  7. Step 3

    If you want to be able to email links, you will need to create an account with Bzzster online (see Resources).

  8. Step 4

    Surf the net and add links at will.

on 11/2/2008 Thanks! I've had a terrible time trying to use shareaholic. I'm going to try again. It seems like a real useful tool if I could only get it to work.
