Leave a rose with a note attached asking the co-worker to dinner or to lunch. This could be a good introduction to let the person know you are interested in them if they don't know already.

Make a poem and leave it on the co-worker's desk. You can either hand it to the person in order for them to know it is from you or you can leave it anonymously. Then follow up the poem with asking the co-worker out on a date.
