Wash the affected area where the psoriasis is the most difficult to manage. Keep the area moisturized to reduce cracking, peeling, or pain.

Take Arsenicum album for anxious feelings that come with eruptions. Take the lowest dose and then increase dosage until improvement is seen. If no improvement is seen, move on to Step 2.

Take belladonna to reduce anxiety and any strong heat associated with inflammatory psoriasis eruptions. As above, take the lowest dosage, increase dosage until improvement is seen, and if not, move on to Step 3.

Try Calcarea carbonica for psoriasis associated with fatigue. If this does not help, move on to Step 5.

Take graphites for extremely rough skin that has been troublesome for a long time. If graphites are not effective, move on to Step 6.
