Cut Two Star Shapes from Cardstock

  1. Step 1

Cut two star shapes from cardstock using the printout. These images are to be the same size and can be any color combination of cardstock you prefer. For example, you can use two red or blue sheets or one of each.

  2. Step 2

Cut a line from the top point of the star to the center point of the star as illustrated in the diagram.

  3. Step 3

Cut from the middle bottom point to the center following the diagram on the second star.

  4. Step 4

Decorate both sides of the star using patriotic stickers. Be careful not to affix stickers or decorations on the cut lines.

  5. Step 5

Insert one cut end of the star into the other cut end of the star. This will ensure that the star can stand by itself on a table.

  • For more sparkle, decorate the stars using colored foil paper.
