Begin taking B vitamins. The suggested dose is 100mg per day. B vitamins are responsible for sending messages to your brain. This is a function you want to be at it's best. Thiamine is also a B vitamin that gets eaten up quickly when a person cries or is upset. You will need to keep that Thiamine at it's proper level when you start to feel upset. So take your B vitamins to both prevent and to treat your anxiety.

Use Valerian root. This dietary supplement comes from the roots of plants. The Valerian root has a calming effect and is perfect for using when you begin to feel anxious. Take Coenzyme Q10 for it's antioxidant benefits. Antioxidants provide the body with added immune health and help send oxygen to your bodies tissues. An adult should take between 50 to 100 mg once or twice per day depending on the severity of the symptoms.

Take extra Vitamin C which reduces any swelling you may have plus boosts your immune system. An adult needs to take 250 to 500 mg per day.

Tips & Warnings
