How to Begin Using The Law of Attraction

Many of you have heard about the Law of Attraction from the book or the film The Secret. Or, perhaps, you've heard Dr. Wayne Dyer speak on PBS or have read some of his books. The Law of Attraction is only now getting much attention, but has been in place for as long as any other universal law. Here's how to put it to work so that you can create the life you dream of.

Step1
The Law of Attraction says basically, that "like attracts like" and that your thoughts literally can "become things." Read about the Law of Attraction. Do a Google search, go to your local library and poke around. There are many books (and films) available. Choose what you are drawn to; what resonates with you.
Step2
Take notice of what you are thinking about during the course of a day. Notice the thoughts that go through your head as you are doing mundane chores and when you think you aren't "consciously" thinking. These are the thoughts that are continually vibrating from you. Are they positive? Or are they negative?
Step3
Become a "deliberate thinker." If you have noticed that the thoughts you are sending out to the Universe are not the kinds of thoughts you want attracting back to you, then make a decision right now to think more deliberately. Begin to turn those thoughts around into more positive ones.
Step4
Practice gratitude. Having difficulty turning those thoughts into more positive ones? Is there someone or something that just keeps you from feeling the best that you can? Try some gratitude. Make a list of all the things you are grateful for. Even those things that you may be feeing negative emotion toward. Feel the shift within you.
Step5
Test it out. Try this for 30 days. Become a deliberate thinker for 30 days and watch your life transform. It is guaranteed by the Law of Attraction. What you put out to the Universe comes back into your experience. Choose the positive things!
