Instructions

    • 1

Use a comb to define your part when your hair is wet.

    • 2

Comb all bangs to the desired side and arrange across your forehead. They will stay because your hair is wet. If your bangs are longer, use a bobby pin to hold them in place.

    • 3

Let your hair air-dry, then shake the bangs loose and spritz with a bit of hairspray.

    • 4

Finger-style your bangs, then use a comb to mold your bangs into place. Spray with a light coating of hairspray. Another option is to spray your fingers with hairspray, then use them to sculpt your bangs.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you have to blow-dry your hair, hold the dryer with one hand and use your other hand or a brush to pull your bangs to the desired side.

Ok...my hair is extremely straight, and I would NEVER get the side swept look by letting my bangs air dry. They will stay to the side while they are wet... but as soon as they dry, they fall in my face. This article does not take into account the different hair types and textures.
