Instructions

    • 1

Choose a base oil. You will first need a base oil before you can add other essential oils.

    • 2

Choose essential oils. Essential oils are not to be applied directly to the skin until they're diluted. Consider using lavender or tree oils mixed with your base oil. You might consider using a neutral oil as the base. An unscented oil will work the best.

    • 3

Now mix your base and essential oil. Depending on the quantity you want you could start with a few drops of base and then combine a few drops of the essential oil until it is to your satisfaction.

    • 4

Store remaining oil in a sealed bottle. You might consider a bottle with a dropper to make it easier to use. But no matter what you do, keep the container closed and sealed so that no air can get in, otherwise your oil will evaporate.
