  • Lemons
  • Small bowl
  • Cotton balls

      Wash your face with anti-bacterial soap.

      Squeeze 1 tsp. of lemon juice into a small bowl.

      Soak up some of the lemon juice with a cotton ball, and apply the liquid to your face, covering pimples, whiteheads and blackheads.

      Leave the juice on your face overnight.

      Rinse your face the next morning, and apply the solution once again. Women should apply it under makeup.

      Make a lemon-juice solution for internal cleansing by squeezing a full lemon into a bottle and adding 16 oz. of water. Drink the solution throughout the day.

Tips & Warnings

  • Dilute the lemon juice if it burns your skin when applied. If the solution is too strong for you to leave on, even after diluting it, wash the juice off with cold water after 10 minutes.

  • Using lemons doesn't reduce the effectiveness of any other medication or face wash you may be using.
