How to Remove Scratches on Laminate Wood Floors

• Wax Crayon
• Microwave
• Bowl

Preparation

1. Purchase a wax crayon that is the same color, or as close to the color of your floor as you can find.

2. Peel the wrapper off the crayon and shave it in a bowl.

3. Put the bowl in the microwave for a few seconds, long enough for the crayon to melt.

4. Once the crayon has cooled down to form into putty, take it out of the bowl, and apply it to the laminate floors where all the scratches are with your rag.

Tips & Warnings

• Make sure the crayon's color matches as well as you possible can get it.

• Do not pay a professional to come out and remove the scratches that will cost you an arm and a leg.

• Do not touch the melted crayon immediately after it has come out of the microwave!
