If you want to know surfing conditions in the United States and other parts of the world, this is the way to find out. Check to see where the big swells are, grab your board and catch a wave.

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Visit a search engine such as Google or Yahoo!.

  2. Step 2

    Type in the keywords "surf report." Specify state or area to narrow your search.

  3. Step 3

    Press Enter on your keyboard or click the Search button to submit your query.

  4. Step 4

    Click on a site that best suits your interests or needs from the list of search results provided by the search engine.

  5. Step 5

    Follow the directions provided by the site to learn the latest surf report.

  6. Step 6

    Click the Back button on your web browser to return to the list of search results and choose another site to explore.

on 11/22/2005 Do not use the words surf or surfing by themselves when searching the web for surfing related sites. You will get a lot of nonsense about "surfing the web" instead of surfing. Since when is sitting on your butt in front of a computer a sport anyway?
