Protect your skin from the sun. Always wear sunscreen on your face, neck, chest and shoulders, as these delicate areas are hit hardest by the sun since they are exposed not just by swimsuits, but by everyday clothing. The sun's rays are warm and bring back memories of childhood laughter and fun. However, when you think back to happy days baking in the sun by a lake or the pool, remember that baking is exactly what you were doing. Change your facial expression habits. Pay attention to the way you habitually hold your face while you work, read, and relax. Stop smoking. Smoking creates serious lines around the mouth and can make a 25-year-old look almost 40. If you must be around smokers, but do not smoke yourself, then make sure that you cleanse and moisturize your face regularly throughout the day as the smoke will affect your skin as well by drying it out and making it rougher. You can use simple moisturizing towelettes, then once you are home wash thoroughly and use a moisturizing mask.
