Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Alarm Clock
- Focus and Determination
- Buddy
Step1
1. Make sure you set your alarm for 10 minutes before the actual wake up time. I usually set my alarm for 4:50am, but I actually get out of bed at 5:00am.
Step2
2. When the alarm rings, I have it set to a radio station that gives me the news. So for five minutes I lie in bed and listen to the morning traffic report.
Step3
3. I also think about how good it is going to feel driving into the city as one of the early risers. I visualize my entire day, all the tasks that I will accomplish and I focus on my goals.
Step4
4. The next thing you know, I am in the shower, out the shower, dressed and in the car driving along I-95 into Philadelphia. The traffic is light and nobody is really in a big rush because we all woke up early.
Step5
5. I greet the security guard by 5:45am and I am sitting at my desk. Getting up early has paid off. I feel great about getting up early and you will to if you follow this advice.
Step6
6. I am focused, driven and excited about my life. Getting up early has contributed to much success. If you need someone to help you wake up, then get a buddy system going with a friend. You can call each other and motivate one another.
Step7
7. Stop misbehaving and sleeping late. You are too talented to waste your time lying in bed. Focus. Focus. Focus. Get intense and let get moving!!!
