1
Pour distilled water into a bowl or jug, measuring it in a liquid measure as you go to keep track of the amount. If you have soft water, you can use the water from your sink.
-
2
Add one part dish soap to 10 parts of water. So if you used 10 cups of water, add 1 cup soap. Swirl lightly.

You can make a bubble solution with just water and soap, or you may add the following: glycerin or corn syrup. Glycerin or corn syrup improve the durability of the bubbles and increase their colors. Buy glycerin at a drugstore or health food store. Add these as 1/4 percent of the solution. So if you have 10 cups of water, add 1/4 cup of glycern or corn syrup.
-
4
Add lemongrass or citronella oil to your bubble solution to repel mosquitoes. Use 1/4 percent for this additive as well.
