People take time to adjust in their new job very often,but the shorter time they take the better impression they make. as it goes,first impression matters a most.

Step1
Try to wear a smiling face,as the older employee expect this from you,some might try to see you as alien but a smiling face does its trick.
Step2
Always arrive at 30 minute before your boss.
Step3
Never enter into gossiping assume no one can / will keep a secret.also,remember dont enter into particular group.Try to be cool with everyone.
Step4
Be comfartable around people or learn to fake it
Step5
Keep track of what you do as some one is sure to ask you ...may be anytime
Step6
Never Bring a problem without some solution
