How to Feel Good in the Morning Without a Hangover

Did you go to a great party? Have a big celebration? Was there too much alcohol and it all seemed to find its way into your glass? Here is the easiest way of preventing a hangover besides not drinking.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Water
  • Excedrin

Step1
During the day before you go out try to drink as much water as you can. Dehydration is the main culprit for why you feel so terrible in the morning, besides the effects of the alcohol. Drink much more water than you normally would.
Step2
While you are consuming alcohol, try to remember to have a glass of water every so often.
Step3
When you climb into bed, drink a tall glass or even a large bottle of water and take 2 Excedrin right before you lay down. Even if you are sloppy drunk, try to get that water down. If you absolutely cannot keep it down, leave it next to the bed so when you wake up you can take the Excedrin and drink the water as soon as you open your eyes. If this is the case, go back to sleep after consuming the water and Excedrin.
Step4
You should feel pretty good in the morning. Make sure you continue to drink plenty of water the next day, this will help you not to feel so shaky from all of the alcohol in your system. The water will flush your system.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you remember, set the water and Excedrin next to the bed before you leave so it is there when you get home and you don't have to look for it.
  • Drink as much water as possible the day of, during and after.
  • Check with your doctor before consuming any medication.
  • May not be safe to consume medicine with alcohol, check with your doctor.
  • DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE
