Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- baking soda
- natural soap
- clean towel

Step 1
Lather your face with a natural soap, one free of chemicals and artificial perfumes. I use Dr. Bronners bar soap. Lather and rinse, never scrub.

Step 2
mix about 3 tablespoons of baking soda and a little water into your hand to form a paste. Apply the baking soda paste to your skin and massage it onto your face using circular motions. Do this for about 1-2 minutes and rinse with clean water.

Step 3
Dry your face off on a clean towel, being careful not to rub your skin too hard. There will be no need to moisturize your skin because your skin's natural oils will begin to balance out and will heal back to their natural state now that you are not using chemical products on your face.

I am currently studying for my Masters Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and previously I've tried everything from commercial acne products such as Proactiv Solutions & topical creams to the more extreme acne treatments, like ultraviolet electric laser therapy and steroidal injections. None of that stuff worked for me.
