Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- baking soda
- natural soap
- clean towel
- green clay mud mask

Step 1
Lather your face with a natural soap. I use Dr. Bronners Lavender bar soap. Do not scrub your skin, just lather it up and rinse.

Step 2
Put about 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda into your palm and drizzle a little water into it to form a paste. Massage this paste into your skin for about 1 minute. Make sure you avoid scrubbing, just gently massage it in circular motions. After 1 minute, rinse your face.

Step 3
Dry your face with a towel. You will do this routine twice a day, in the morning and at night. At night after you dry your skin, apply the green clay mud mask ONLY TO THE ACNE SPOTS. leave this on overnight. Pretty soon you will no longer need the mask because you will no longer have any acne spots.

Hi,
My name's Ray and I'm an ex-acne sufferer of almost 10 years. I am currently studying for my Masters Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and previously I've tried everything from commercial acne products such as Proactiv Solutions & topical creams to the more extreme acne treatments, like ultraviolet electric laser therapy and steroidal injections. None of that stuff worked for me.

But I'm warning you, this isn't just a pill you can pop in your mouth and BAM you're cured. This is going to take reading, this is going to take diligence, and this is going to take drive. So if you're ready to learn, I'm ready to teach:
