With the how to instructions, you will have your family all together again sitting down at the dinner table enjoying each other and the spaghetti dinner you have created.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1, 1/2 gallon of tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of parsely
  • 1 teaspoon of basil
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 3 cloves of fresh garlic diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 bay leafs
  • 4 teaspoons of chili powder
  • 2 cans of tomato paste
  • 1 box of spaggetti
  • meatballs (how many you want)
  • family members to enjoy
Step1
Step one- add all of the ingredients (except for spaghetti, meatballs, and family members) in to a fairly large sauce pot. Place it on the stove, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally
Step2
Once brought to a boil, cover and simmer on low for 3 hours. Taste occasionally to see what you may need more of. Make meatballs in the last hour and add to spaghetti sauce.
Step3
Prepare your spaghetti by boiling water with a small amount of olive oil and salt, this will ensure the spaghetti does not stick together. Serve with Italian bread and salad.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not buy the store brand tomato juice, it does not taste as well, use the V8 tomato juice.
