- hot wax
- linen strips
- warm to hot water tub

Step 1
Before you begin, heat up your wax, which you can do at the same time that you are doing step 1. After you plug in your wax, start by soaking your legs in a bath of warm to hot water. Do this for about 15 to 20 minutes. You can take this time to read a good book, listen to some relaxing music, or just relax.

When you have soaked your legs and dried them off, and your wax is liquefied, take your applicator and apply a 1 -2 inch strip of wax to your leg. Try to get the wax even and try not to let it drip. Ten, cover the wax with a linen strip. Rub the strip in one direction so that the wax soaks deep into the strip.

Once the linen strip has been saturated by the wax on your leg, hold down the skin just below where the end of the linen strip is, and using your other hand rip the strip off in the opposite direction as your hair growth. Do this in a fast motion, staying as parallel to the leg as possible. Continue this routine until all of your leg area is hair free.
