SHAVE YOUR BIKINI ZONE
SHAVE YOUR BIKINI ZONE

Shaving your bikini zone can be intimidating, especially if you have never shaved there before. Luckily, by following this article you can have smooth, hair-free skin wherever you want it...without razor burn or shaving bumps!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • a new razor, or a new razor blade
  • shaving cream
  • warm to hot water
  • a dry, clean towel
  • aloe vera gel or a natural lotion
  1. Step 1

Get into the bath or the shower and soak in the warm to hot water for at least 15 minutes. This softens the skin and gets it ready for shaving. Take the shaving cream and lather up the areas you want to shave, in this case you will lather up the areas that would be seen while wearing a bathing suit.

  2. Step 2

Shave off the shaving cream lather by shaving WITH the grain. In other words, shave the same direction as the hair growth. This keeps your skin from developing shaving bumps, which are actually ingrown hairs.

  3. Step 3

After you have finished shaving everywhere you want to, rinse off and dry off. Then, apply the lotion or the aloe vera gel to all the areas that you shaved. This will help your skin stay moisturized and not develop an itchy shaving rash.

Tips & Warnings
  • Keep all shaving creams and razor out of the reach of children.
