• a boar bristle hairbrush

   Every day, take your fingers and massage all around your scalp. Really give yourself a good head massage. Along with this, make sure you only wash your hair every 2-3 days. Over washing can lead to dry, brittle hair and can strip the hair of nutrients and precious oils.

   After you do the head massage with your fingers, take your prong-style hairbrush and massage it all around your scalp in circular motions. You can really rub it around...this gets the blood circulating into your scalp and activates the follicles of your hair. This activation tells your scalp to start growing more hair.

   At the end of the day, take your boar bristle hairbrush and, starting at the roots of your hair, brush your hair from root to tip with long, even strokes. This draws the natural oils of your hair down into the ends, nourishing the entire hair shaft. Pretty soon, your hair will look healthy, silky, long, and luxurious!
