Your body gets hangovers not because of alcohol, but because of impurity in alcohol and because it is lacking the vitamins necessary to process the alcohol.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • a good multi-vitamin
  • vitamin c pills 500mg each.
  1. Step 1

First off you need to take a good multivitamin because without a well nourished body you cant metabolize the alcohol fast enough. Take one a day for atleast a week before the heavy drinking is to begin.

  2. Step 2

Next you need lots of vitamin c. For 2 days before drinking add 1 500mg vitamin c pill a day to your diet. Your body used vitamin c to metabolite a bi-product of alcohol digestion. If this bi-product is not metabolized it causes the headaches in the morning. Also add one more vitamin c pill right before drinking. Unlike many vitamins, vitamin c is not toxic at high doses so you are ok taking this much.

  3. Step 3

Make sure to get lots of water after drinking. Alcohol drys out your body like the desert sun and your body need water to use the vitamin c. Make sure you are well hydrated before going to bed when drunk and you should wake up just fine in the morning.

  4. Step 4

Do all of these steps and you should be able to get wasted without worrying about the morning. However everyone body is different. Some people just cant handle there alcohol, and no amount of pills is going to change that. Also some people never get hangovers, no matter how much they drink. also note that i am not a doctor, I am simply relying what i have observed and been told by others that have tried this.

Tips & Warnings
  • remember to stay hydrated.
  • don't use a lack of a hangover as an excuse to get so drunk you do something you might regret.
