How to Find Royalty Free Clip Art Images for Art and Scrapbooking

Clip art is often used to make collages in altered art and scrapbooking. If you decide to make an altered art collage piece that you wish to sell, it would be advisable to use copyright-free clip art in your art. Royalty-free Clipart images can also be used to make business cards, logos and other art prints.

1. Dover Publications offers many copyright-free clipart books to purchase on-line. You can access their website at www.doverpublications.com.

2. Enter "clip art" into the search box. Then click on "clip art and design" to see an extensive listing of publications that contain royalty-free clip art images and icons.

3. Select and order desired royalty-free clip art image books.

4. Some books also come with a computer CD which contains the same clip art images as the book.

5. Some popular clip art subjects available on this website are: Celtic Designs, Greeting Card Designs, Stencil Designs, Dog Illustrations, Animals, 19th Century Men, Advertising from the 20's and 30's, and many, many more.

• Each book listed will say in the description if it is copyright free and royalty free clip art
• Clip art can be used in decoupage, scrapbooking or can be framed and displayed

on 7/10/2008 Good info. You can also do a search for royalty free paint shop pro 'tubes'. You don't need the PSP program to download or use them. Just be sure to read each author's TOS.
