Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- 2 -15 oz cans of garbanzo beans
- 2 tbsp red onion, diced
- 3-4 medium sized tomatoes, chopped, de-seeded.
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Salt and pepper to taste, then refrigerate for two hours to let flavors settle.

Serve cool.
