Once one loses weight, keeping the weight off becomes a constant battle. There are several great things that can help keep the weight off though.

  1. Step 1

    Keep a journal. By keeping a journal detailing the different feelings and emotions one can help to keep the weight off.

  2. Step 2

    Remain on the diet that that helped lose the weight. By continuing the diet, one remains stable and there is little risk of gaining the weight again.

  3. Step 3

    Keep active. The key to weight loss is to burn more calories than one takes in. The key to weight stabilization is to burn as many calories as one takes in.
