Buddy-ing up for weight loss is one of the most important things that one can do to maintain a working routine for weight loss. There are several great things that can be done to ensure this works.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Find a good friend. A good friend is one who will do what is best for him or herself and for the friend. Maintaining and losing weight is often best for both and that is the goal.

  2. Step 2

Find a good time for both parties. Never should one have to sacrifice time all of the time. Alternate times depending upon the available time or workout on the time available.

  3. Step 3

Communicate. A major part of any friendship is communication. Keep this up as one's weight loss goals are achieved. A friend can help one remain on track.
