My article is about weeding out the myths about hangover cures, and giving people the correct info on how to effectively cure and prevent hangovers.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

When you wake up do not make any sudden movements, you don't want to make your headache worse. Get some water right away, drink a few glasses of water to re-hydrate yourself. Go to the bathroom and do your business number 1, 2 and even 3(vomit) if you can. Get all the unwanted substances out of your body.

  2. Step 2

After doing your business have a couple more glasses of water. Eat a fruit like an apple or a banana, these are wonderful sources of necessary vitmains that were lost. Take one B6 vitamin. I wouldn't recommend it, but if you must, take aspirin or advil. DO NOT TAKE Tylenol, doing this can cause severe liver damage.

  3. Step 3

Take a nice hot shower, but make sure you are hydrated, the steam can dehydrate you surprisingly quick. After the shower have a nice big meal, something that you can enjoy, try eating something with at least a little nutritional value. Get out, go for a brisk walk, and get your blood circulated.

Tips & Warnings
  • Check out http://www.secrethangovercures.com
  • DON'T Take Tylenol
  • DON'T Drink Coffee (this will dehydrate you)
  • DON'T Go to a sauna (the steam is too intense)
  • DON'T drink more (aka hair of the dog, this will prolong your pain)
