Step1
Thinking of something good or even doing a good deed can produce a beautiful smile. Exercising your face will help loosen those ever tight facial muscles.

Enjoying a beautiful day filled with natures beauty can also make you smile.
Step3
Looking at life with a happy attitude Everything we do in life does not have to be so serious. Learn to put laughter in your life and you will smile more often.

on 7/22/2008 Great article! If you haven't already read it, I recommend the book "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne. Everything we get in life is what we draw to us by our internal thoughts, so if we are thinking optimistic, happy thoughts, things are gonna be great! 5 stars!
