Luncheon meat with pineapple sauce is another one of Hawaii's favorite dishes. Locals love it because it's a light meal and very easy to prepare after a long days work.

Just cut it up, mix your sauce, and pop it in the oven. It takes only about an hour to prep and to cook this dish.

The flavor of passion fruit and pineapple's is what gives this dish that tropical taste.

  • 2-5lb. can of Luncheon Meat
  • 1- can Crushed Pineapple
  • 1- 16oz. package of Brown Sugar
  • 1-can Passion Orange Juice
  1. Step 1

    How to slice the luncheon meat:
    Slice luncheon meat into 1 inch thick squares and
    place into 9x13 inch baking pan.

  2. Step 2

    How to prepare the sauce:
    Open crushed pineapple and empty into a bowl. Open 1-can passion orange juice and dump into bowl with the crushed pineapple. Add 16oz. brown sugar and mix with a spoon.

  3. Step 3

    Dump sauce over sliced luncheon meat and bake in oven for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Cool and serve with rice.
