Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- 1 large russet potato
- 1 tablspoon butter or margirine
- 3 tablespoons shredded cheese
- salt and pepper
- 3 teaspoons sour cream

Step 1
Scrub the potato.

Step 2
Prick several times with a fork.

Step 3
Cook potato on full power in microwave for 4 minutes.

Step 4
Turn potato over and cook 4 more minutes or until soft.

Step 5
Remove potato from microwave and cut in half lengthwise.

Step 6
Add salt and pepper and top with butter and cheese.

Step 7
cook in microwave for several more seconds until cheese melts.

Step 8
Remove from microwave and top with sour cream.
