Have you always longed for super sexy legs? Do you suffer from cellulite or "cankles"? Well, fear not - there are some things you can do to remedy these problems and give your legs a make over - follow these steps and you'll be sportin' some short shorts in no time!

Step1
First of all, you'll need to take your diet into account. High fat, high sugar, and high preservative foods will thwart your efforts for getting the legs you've longed for. Also, remember that too much dairy can also add a little extra jiggle to the butt and thighs ... You don't have to starve yourself, but you do have to be smart about what you're eating if you expect to see results.
Step2
Get some cardio at least 5 days a week. The elliptical machine is a great one if you're gym bound - if not, try walking for an hour each evening or morning as your schedule allows ( sacrifice some TV time for some "ME" time )...you need to get your heart rate up to burn fat. It wont matter how tone your legs are if they're covered in a layer of fat ... so get moving!
Step3
THE EXERCISES - This is the most important part...

There are three major components to the sexy leg, a jiggle free inner thigh, toned major muscles, and a differentiation between the calf and the ankle. To achieve these three things, you'll need as series of exercises designed to target these areas - Remember, visual guides to these exercises can be found all over the internet!

THE BUTT PLANK (great for not only the hamstrings, but also the butt) Lie on you back with your knees bent, keep your arms at your side and lift your butt off the floor ... you'll look like a sideways 7. Your head and shoulders will remain on the floor.

QUAD EXTENSIONS - In the gym, these are done on a machine, but at home you can do them by sitting in a chair and extending your legs out in front of you - hold for a count of ten and repeat.

SCISSOR SPLITS - Lie on your back and raise your legs in the air, let them fall apart into a V shape until you feel a stretch in your groin area (don't hurt yourself though), hold for a five count and then bring them back to together -

KNEE SQUEEZE - Place a small exercise ball, or even a beach ball, between your knees and squeeze it with your thighs. Release and repeat.

CALF RAISES - An underrated favorite - Stand on a stair or your hearth. Keep your toes on the platform while extending your heels over the edge. Lower your heels toward the floor until you feel your calves stretch, then lift up onto your toes - Repeat.
