Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    1. The first step is to turn on your favorite upbeat music. By playing music you start to get into a festive and energetic mood. Start by making a list of which rooms needs to be cleaned and exactly what needs to be done. Make sure to write down who will clean which rooms.

  2. Step 2

    2. Start with the bathrooms, then the bedrooms and then the bigger rooms like the living room and dining room. Save the kitchen for last because you may get hungry will you are cleaning and the kitchen will get dirty again. Stick to the schedule and change the music several times. Get all the children involved in the process.

  3. Step 3

    3. One person should always spotcheck the completed work. By having someone review the work you can insure that fewer spots will be missed. This is especially important when you have children cleaning. If someone needs to do a room over again, then get two people to help in that room.
