Do you want to lose weight and get fit? You have tried every work out known to man and you simply are bored by the same ole thing. Core Rhythms will help you tone up and lose weight while learning Latin dance moves at the same time.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

Things You’ll Need:

  • After trying out youtube sample go to the website to purchase your own DVD set.
  • Lose fitting clothing
  • Tennis shoes or dance shoes.
  • DVD player

Step1
When watching the video or the DVD do all the practice DVD workouts first. You will need to learn all of the proper moves so that you will not injure yourself.
Step2
Move onto the beginner workout where you will get to use the moves you had learned and practiced in the previous workouts.
Step3
You can then move onto the full workout which is about 45 minutes long. If needed click on the help button at the bottom of your screen to watch the proper moves if you are having trouble.
Step4
The quick workout is an alternative to the full workout. If you do not have 45 minutes the quick workout steps it up double time.
Step5
The Latin cardio dance is a different mix on dance aerobics. Don't move onto this one until you have mastered all of the dance moves.
Step6
Sculpting sexy abs workout is a short workout to tone your abs if you want to do this workout side by side the other workouts.

Tips & Warnings

  • Always consult you physician before beginning a new exercise regimen
  • Drink plenty of fluids.
