  • Coffee
  • Blender
  • Powdered sugar
  • Chocolate malt powder
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream, optional
  • Chocolate sprinkles or powder, optional

Instructions

      Brew a cup of double-strength coffee or an espresso. Chill the coffee to room temperature or colder. If you like, make a full pot and store the extra in the refrigerator.

      Measure into your blender 1 cup chilled coffee, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 2 to 3 teaspoons chocolate malt powder and 3 cups of ice.

      Blend thoroughly and pour into a chilled mug. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles, if desired.
