Step 1
It's always polite and knowlegable to ask your girl which places she likes to eat. There is nothing worse than taking a girl to a place she doesn't like. I know it might not be your favorite place either, but if you liek her, you go to to take the chance with it.

Step 2
Dress up a little unique, clean and dressy a bit. Don't take her to any where too fancy yet, just some where, where it is relaxed and fun. Good food is a plus. Great movie is even better. Keep it simple.
-
Step 3
Go into the date, knowing your there to relax and smile. Just be yourself and act like you have been doing the dating thing for years. Just breath and talk and talk and listen. Let her know that your interested in her and it will make everything easier.
-
Step 4
Don't ruin the date by trying too hard or too much. If it's the first date, treat it like you were going out with one of your friends. Let her gain that trust so later on, you can make the move.

on 11/11/2008 I'm with Opel on this one, man. You didn't spell half the words correctly ("your", "any where", "liek", 'breath" and "to to") - I think you should work on formulating the instructions more. Furthermore, your advice is entirely meaningless because you make no point. In effect, all you tell the reader is to be completely moderate on a date, make no irrational moves, and try to remain casual. Frankly, I think that advice is unnecessary because it is a man's natural inclination to be safe and mild when out of his comfort zone.

on 8/2/2008 This articles is ridiculous. For instance, "let her know you're interested" should not be reread as the article implies - that is, verbally saying this (or something similar). You must not tell her. Instead, the writer should follow his later advice (to some extent). "Treat it like you were going out with one of your friends." This is close, but "friends" is WRONG! Women don't submit to "friends". You must take her out and assume an attitude not aimed toward scoring with her (i.e. abandoning your primordial instinct of desire). Then, however, you must convey to her through your actions that you are interested - WITHOUT actually saying so. For example, consider the attentive man who seems genuinely interested in learning about the women, and entertains her with good conversation. While you must play the role as if you were sincere (by being sincere) we all know that the objective
