Starkist Chunk Light Tuna
First, start with some good, no drain necessary tuna in a pouch. I strongly suggest regular or lemon pepper Starkist Chunk Light tuna. It’s pretty inexpensive and tastes the best in my opinion. Open the bag and empty it out onto the plate and chop it up a bit with the fork.
Step2
Dill Relish
Now add the dill relish. I like to use Heinz squeezable dill relish because it’s fast, easy, and really fresh tasting. Mix it around with the tuna so there are no big clumps of relish all together.
Step3
Lemon Juice
Now squirt some concentrated lemon juice sparingly all over it and try to cover it evenly. Mix it up a little more after that so it gets the same flavor all over.
Step4
Now it’s all ready to eat. The citric and acetic acid and different textures make for a delicious tuna salad for one with lots of flavor and no fatty mayonnaise necessary. Plus it takes about a minute to make. So try it out!
