How to Make a French Flag Cake for Bastille Day

Celebrate the French Fourth of July. France's Independence Day is July 14. Create a fun and festive French flag cake for the occasion. Let them eat cake!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 3 x 9 inch pan
  • Cake mix of your choice
  • Cool Whip or white frosting
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries

Step1
Bake the cake according to the directions.
Step2
When the cake is cool, frost with Cool Whip or vanilla icing.
Step3
Decorate the cake with berries in vertical stripes--1/3 blueberries, 1/3 plain, 1/3 strawberries. Voila! It's the French flag, and you're ready to celebrate Bastille Day. Bon Appetit!
