Step 1
Sign up for a Netflix account (there's a link in the resources section below) and choose your plan. Plans start at only $4.99/month for one video at a time and you'll get a free trial as well.
-
Step 2
Browse the Sports and Fitness section of Netflix. At the time of this writing Netflix offered over 4600 Sports and Fitness videos. Not all of them are exercise videos, but many are.
-
Step 3
Select your first exercise video(s)and watch them arrive in your mailbox within a day or so. Keep them as long as you like with no late fees.
-
Step 4
Continue to browse exercise videos from the Sports and Fitness section of Netflix. Choose videos you would like to try and add them to your list. When you're ready to try a new video, simply return one that you already have in the postage-paid envelope provided and the next video on your list will be sent out.
-
Step 5
If you find yourself in love with a video keep it as long as you like. You may even find you like it enough to purchase it. But already know by this point if it's a keeper.
-
Step 6
If you find a video is too simple, too advanced, or just isn't for you, return it to Netflix right away and receive the next video on your list.
-
Step 7
If you like to mix up your exercise routine, sign up for a plan that allows you two or three videos at a time and choose a variety of videos (cardio, strength, yoga, etc.).
-
Step 8
Enjoy the convenience of having a variety of exercise videos delivered to your door while reducing clutter and saving money!

on 7/13/2008 That's a really good idea to avoid the boredom. I've got a Blockbuster account myself...I ought to check and see what kind of selection they have.
