  • Corn on the Cob
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

      Pull the shucks away from the corn and remove all strings. Wash the corn and remove all of the silk.

      Cut the corn kernels away from the cob and place them in a bowl.

    • 3

      Add the oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add the corn and mix in the sugar, salt and pepper. Fry the corn for about 10 minutes or until it is golden brown.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use pure vegetable oils such as sunflower, soya, corn and olive oil to reduce the fat intake.
